Chemistry BOOOM!

Hi again my friends! another week an another blog entry! this time, i'm gonna talk about my favourite subject in my first year in Veterinary Medicine. For now, i have only 6 subject, wich 1 of them I had already pass. So, my favourite subject is Chemistry. I like everything about chemistry, humm, except the part of Disolutions, because is sooo boring... is like maths, and i don't like very much maths. But anything else is good; the laboratories are so interesting and so new for me (i don't had any kind of labs in my school) and with the experiments you can see what the theory is in reality, i don't know if you understand me. Seen a reaction in process is so wonderful, and seen how really works everything in the world (and your organic body) is so majestic. I'm expecting the subject of Biochemistry because i really like chemistry and the biology is my "love" in the school, so if they are mixed... BOOOM hehehe!!
I thanks to my family because we are a very cientific family; we talk in lunch or dinner about sciencie, we like sciencie, and thanks to them I like very much the scientific side of the life, and it's gonna help me in my Veterinarian life :) ; i can know about the nature and the animals thanks to the chemistry. i know it.

Iván Arenas (Professor Rossa)

Hi again! in this time, i'm going to talk about a person that I admire in my field (or relationated to) and I choose Iván Arenas, also know as Professor Rossa. He born in Rancagua, 1950. He studied industrial design at the Catholic University, Architecture School, and he graduated in 1979. But he becomes famous in with his character "Professor Rossa" in the TV program "El mundo del Profesor Rossa". He actually is a TV icon, he has a contract with MEGA, but he doesn't work for now. He also founded "Parque Safari Rancagua", a zoo in his hometown. I think that all my generation knows about he. For me, he was my first teacher of the nature, and with his TV program and character, every Saturday at 4 p.m I learn a lot and I began to concern about how the nature need us (and it was so funny, with Guru Guru and Don Carter, anything could happen) and also I began to love the animals. He was a big inspiration for me, and the video that made Iván Arenas get fired of Canal 13 and finish the Professor Rossa Tv program, i take it like a joke, every one can do it,but Canal 13 is so conservative that it can "affect" our children...but i laugh it loud with it. Damn canal 13!!!
I'm a little dissapointed of him too, because the showbusiness is so powerful, and he fall in it too. I think that's the reason why he is not in the TV right now. But, I stay with the good things i learned from him :)

My child dream that becomes my life

It's hard to say why I always wanted to be a veterinarian, this profession was in my heart even when I know how to move and talk. I always wanto to be a vet, and all my life i love animals, the nature, and i wanna do something for them, something that helps the humanity to take consciousness of what we are and where we come from (the nature) and that the animals and us are the same matter, the same lifeforms, the same life. Another reason that had come to me a few years ago is that my dog, Pepito, suddenly becomes sick, and the veterinarian that do the treatment didn't know what disease or problem he have, and without ethic he only want more money, so the agony of my dog lasted long weeks, until the black hand of the death comes. Pepito is always in my mind, and he always remember me that if I finally become a vet, I'm gonna be the best and I gonna fight for the life of every animal in this planet, at all costs.
And now, i have another pet, a very beautiful Kitty named Kairo, and that's another reason to become a vet.
And i love my career. every week and day that pass, i love it more ando more, and i gonna be a vet, i dont care if i die in the process :)

I live in San Bernardo, a south province of Santiago, Chile. I like the Nature, because she gave us all we have, our bodys, our family, our friends, our souls, and we can make a change in the world if we join together :)
